Lose Some, Gain Some

I think it's easy to agree with the title. Whenever you lose something, you will gain something from it-whether it's good or bad.
Well long story short, I was on diet and exercising regularly until..... This holiday season. I've gain 2 kilos. Well for those of you who were born skinny, this may not be an issue. But for me - who spent half of my life struggling with weight- it's a mess, after my 8 kilos weight loss.
So... I am planning to go back to the gym. Eat healthy (god, why is every menu I like consist of a million calories?). And... Maybe, just maybe I will lose another 10 kilos by the end of the year. Amen to that.

Anw, I will tell more about my weight loss journey later, when I can type properly on my laptop.
